Description

Phone was good, WAS... It gets a lot of use, sound is clear, range is nice, that being said, It suddenly stopped ringing, and stopped announcing caller id voice. Troubleshooted it with Panasonic, volume set fine, no do not disturb set, all should be working, calling out works, picking up the phone if I'm test calling even though it is not ringing works, answering machine not kicking on either, missed calls not working, like the phone is just not recognizing that a call is coming in!! This is BAD went most of the day and NO calls thought it was strange that it was so quiet, suddenly I have a bunch of voicemail and lost business!
Panasonic said, sorry!! Out of warranty! contact Square Trade for more info. ONE MONTH short! Luckily I got an extended warranty from Square Trade, problem, I need to SHIP IT IN and have NO PHONE in the meantime, which means I need to go buy another temporary phone, is that worth it? Plus I believe I need to pay Shipping as well. Not sure what I will get back, maybe something refurbished? Not excited about this, no, not at all. Have to make a back up of the phone book, or it will be lost... but no electronic way to back it up... So, by hand it is...
Very Disappointed!
Finally the writing and silver color on the buttons wore off FAST. (See Pic)
I bought an extender and an extra cordless handset just in case because the handset was the problem with my previous Panasonic phone, the talk button stopped working on that one.. this time it's the whole main base! Unfortunate.
Will be trying another brand.

I used this phone for at least 160 hrs call per month and everything is excellent about this phone, except one thing, and that is the phone book is not easy to access and does not provide quick search to find the contact.
In terms of hardware , it extremely reliable and the voice quality is perfect. they need to work on software part to make more easy to use.

I haven't applied all the functions yet but I find the instructions very confusing. I do like the phone but need a longer corded phone. I will keep adding the options to the phone as needed. I will need to refer to the book for the codes which seems like a bother.
